Workshops and Photo Shoots

This workshop is geared toward the photographer who wishes to learn the intricacies of working with the figure in simple and complex lighting situations. Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced photographer these lighting tips and techniques will change the way you look at shooting models. You will learn to shoot with just one light and multiple lights and you will learn how to position your light(s) and pose your model for the best possible image.

This will be a relaxed environment where you will learn different lighting styles and techniques to accomplish even, flattering, glamorous lighting, and more artistic, dramatic lighting. You will be provided with tips and techniques that you can use every day as part of your photographic technique.

There will be a three hour training session in the morning, then 3 - 45 minute photographic sessions in the afternoon with three seperate models and lighting configurations. This will provide each photographer with the opportunity to work with all three models and all three lighting set-ups.

9am to Noon	*	Workshop
11:30am	Models and Make-up artist arrive and start preparing
Noon to 1pm	*	Lunch Lunch will be provided for the photographers. You will not neeed to leave the building. This time can also be used for Networking and asking questions.
1pm to 1:45pm	*	First Photography Session There will be three 45 minute photography and models sessions with a 15 minute break for the models in between sessions. The photographers will change models after each of the breaks allowing for the opportunity of shooting in each of the settings and with each of the models.
1:45am to 2pm	Models break. Photographers and models switch stations.
2pm to 2:45pm	*	Second Photography Session There will be three 45 minute photography sessions with a 15 minute break for the models in between sessions. The photographers will change models after each of the breaks allowing for the opportunity of shooting in each of the settings and with each of the models.
2:45am to 3pm	Models break. Photographers and models switch stations.
3pm to 3:45pm	*	Third Photography Session There will be three 45 minute photography sessions with a 15 minute break for the models in between sessions. The photographers will change models after each of the breaks allowing for the opportunity of shooting in each of the settings and with each of the models.
3:45am to 4pm	Models will be signing conditional releases for the photographers to use their images for personal portfolio and promotional use.
